You may purchase a property at Povoa Dao on a fractional basis.
Apart from paying a fraction of the full price, if you buy a 25% fraction of the property you will:
- own 25% of the UK company which owns the property
- be able to sell your share in the UK company without the sale of the property
- have occupancy of the property for 3 weeks in each season, 12 weeks in total
- be able to rent those weeks you do not wish to occupy
